Ingrid von Cube is founder and president of Appetizingly Yours. A second generation restaurateur, she brings a strong background in the foodservice industry to the business. Ingrid's renowned talents for event planning and presentation have served our discriminating clients very well.

Jim Loat, our executive chef, has been with Appetizingly Yours since 1991. After several years apprenticing and working in several restaurants in Western Canada, Jim moved to Ontario where he earned an Honours degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the University of Guelph. He is the creative force behind the menus and maintains a simple philosophy towards food: the best ingredients prepared as honestly as possible with an obsession for details.
Jim is currently the leader of Slow Food Guelph, a non-profit, eco-gastronomic member-supported organization that was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food and fast life, the disappearance of local food traditions and people's dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices affects the rest of the world.

Deb Lynch joined our team in early 2003 after serving as Hospitality Manager of a large resort. Deb has years of experience with food and beverage management, and now serves as liaison to our clients.
Our outstanding team of sous chefs, pastry chefs, licensed bartenders, wait staff and event management personnel allows us to provide impeccable service for any sized group, from 10 to 500 and beyond. They also enable us to offer many additional services such as event planning, theme decorating, entertainment, staffing solutions, and cooking classes.
